Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and public relations to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging social media trends to drive innovative ideas and approaches.
- Prepare reports and presentations regarding the performance of social media initiatives for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Experience in paid social media advertising, including campaign planning and execution.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

- Experience working within e-commerce or retail industries.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics.
